First of all, most people confuse private visa with other visa types, for example, with tourist visa. Private visa is called so not because you are a private person but because an inviting citizen of Russia gets a private invitation for you.

Issuance of a private (guest) visa requires long document collection while business or tourist visa is cheaper and faster to obtain. That’s why many foreigners who want to visit their relatives or friends and also just visit Russia, apply for a tourist visas. It decreases visa processing term and rid your friends or relatives living in Russia of bureaucratic procedures.

Comparison of guest and tourist visa

In order to obtain a tourist invitation you need to spend no more than 5 minutes online!. To do so you need:

1. Complete an application online on the website of tour company which provides such service.
2. Pay 15$ for issuing a tourist invitation.

After you enter Russia, don’t relax. If you are going to stay in Russia more than 7 days, right after crossing the Russian borders you must register at the migration service.

Registration of a foreign citizen or migration registration

The obligation to register a foreigner is a responsibility of a homeowner inviting a foreign citizen. In order to do so, homeowner need to visit the FMS division in the business hours, wait in line and submit the following documents:

3. Rewards Points

Credit cards are set up to allow cardholders to earn one or more points per dollar in spending. Many reward credit cards provide bonus points for certain categories of spending like restaurants, groceries or gasoline. When certain earnings thresholds are reached, points can be redeemed for travel, gift cards from retailers and restaurants, or for merchandise items through the credit card company’s online rewards portal.

Your credit card rewards options are almost endless. Get a co-branded card offered in partnership with a hotel chain, clothing retailer or even a nonprofit organization like AARP, and you can leverage your everyday spending to earn valuable rewards day in and day out. The trick is to find the card that best fits with your spending patterns. Doing the inverse—altering your spending patterns to fit with a particular card—can be counterproductive. But if you’re already spending money on a regular basis with a certain retailer or have an affinity for a certain hotel, why not use the card that will encourage your continued patronage by offering you enhanced rewards, discounts and perks?

4. Frequent-Flyer Miles

This perk predates almost all the rest. Back in the early 1980s, American Airlines began offering their consumers a novel way to earn frequent-flyer miles even when they weren’t flying, by forming a partnership with credit card giant, Citibank.     Now, all domestic and international airlines have at least one credit card offered, in a similar partnership, by major credit card issuers.

Cardholders generally earn miles at a rate of one mile per dollar in net purchases, or sometimes one mile per two dollars spent for lower-end cards that have no annual fee. How valuable this reward actually is, depends on the type of airline ticket you purchase with your points or miles. Many frequent flyer cards are made immensely more valuable by their mileage-based introductory bonuses. These are often enough to put you 50–100% of the way toward an award flight after meeting the card’s initial spending requirement.

5. Safety

Paying with a credit card makes it easier to avoid losses from fraud. When your debit card is used by a thief, the money is missing from your account instantly. Legitimate expenses for which you’ve scheduled online payments or mailed checks may bounce, triggering insufficient funds fees and affecting your credit. Even if not your fault, these late or missed payments can lower your credit score.   It can take time for fraudulent transactions to be reversed and money restored to your account while the bank investigates.

By contrast, when your credit card is used fraudulently, you aren’t out any money—you just notify your credit card company of the fraud and don’t pay for the transactions you didn’t make while the credit card company resolves the matter.  

Credit card networks like Visa and Mastercard provide zero liability coverage for unauthorized purchases as a way to encourage usage of their cards over cash or check.

Credit card companies can also help resolve refund issues when consumers are unable to resolve merchant disputes on their own.

6. Keeping Vendors Honest

Say you hire a tile setter to set some flooring in your entryway. Workers spend the weekend cutting, measuring, grouting, placing the spacers and tiles and letting the whole thing set. They then charge you $4,000 for their troubles.

You draw upon your savings account and write a check. But what do you do when, 72 hours later, the tile starts to shift and the grout still hasn’t set? Your entryway is now a complete mess, and that vein in your forehead won’t stop throbbing.

You can take up the issue with your state licensing board, but that process could take months and the contractor still has your money. That’s why, if you can, you should pay for a big-ticket item like this with a credit card. The issuer has an incentive to discourage fraud among its vendors, and if there is a problem, they have a mechanism to try to resolve it. More important, if you dispute the charge, the card issuer withholds the funds from the tile setter, and not only will you get your money back, you might even get help finding a new contractor.  

7. Grace Period

When you make a debit card purchase, your money is gone right away. When you make a credit card purchase, your money remains in your checking account until you pay your credit card bill.

Hanging on to your funds for this extra time can be helpful in two ways. First, the time value of money, however infinitesimal, will save you money. Delaying eventual payment makes your purchase a tiny bit cheaper than it would be otherwise. Beyond that, by paying with a credit card versus your debit card, cash, or check, your cash will spend more time in your bank account. And if you pay your credit card from an interest-bearing checking account, you will earn money during the grace period. The extra cash will eventually add up to a meaningful amount.

Second, when you consistently pay with a credit card you don’t have to watch your bank account balance as closely.

8. Insurance

Most credit cards automatically come with a number of consumer protections that people don’t even realize they have, such as rental car insurance (though often secondary to your personal auto insurance), travel insurance, and product warranties that may exceed the manufacturer’s warranty.

9. Universal Acceptance

Certain purchases are difficult to make with a debit card. When you want to rent a car or stay in a hotel room, you’ll almost certainly have an easier time if you have a credit card. Rental car companies and hotels want customers to pay with credit cards because it makes it easier to charge customers for any damage they cause to a room or a car. Another reason is that, unless you have prepaid for your rental or hotel stay, the merchant doesn’t know the final amount of your transaction. The merchant, therefore, needs to block out a certain amount of your available credit line to protect themselves from potential charges they didn’t anticipate.

So if you want to pay for one of these items with a debit card, the company may insist on putting a hold of several hundred dollars on your account.   Also, when you’re traveling in a foreign country, merchants won’t always accept your debit card—even when it has a major bank logo on it.

10. Building Credit

If you have no credit or are trying to improve your credit score, using a credit card responsibly will help because credit card companies will report your payment activity to the credit bureaus. However, debit card use doesn’t appear anywhere on your credit report, so it can’t help you build or improve your credit. Even if you need to deposit some funds to get a secured credit card, this can help you build your credit history and eventually qualify for unsecured cards or larger loans.

When Not to Use a Credit Card

Paying with credit cards isn’t always better than paying with cash. Retailers honor credit cards because they want to make it easy for you to shop there. But the merchants still have to pay the major credit card companies a portion of every sale in the form of a transaction fee. Since a cash sale means more to the retailer’s bottom line than an equivalent credit sale, some retailers give discounts for the privilege of immediately taking your cash. On a big item, like a furniture set, for instance, the difference could be substantial. However, you’ll forego the consumer protections offered by credit cards.

There are other reasons when paying with credit isn’t better, and they have to do with you and your spending habits. Using a credit card may not be right for you if:

• You can’t pay your credit card balance in full and on time: If this tends to happen, stick with the debit card (or cash) to avoid falling into credit card debt and incurring interest charges.
• You tend to spend more than you can afford: Paying with debit will limit you to spending money already earned.
• You can only get a credit card with a low credit limit and you have a hard time staying under the balance: Exceeding your credit limit results in costly fees, and doing this can also put a dent in your credit score.  

The Bottom Line

Credit cards are best enjoyed by the disciplined, who can remain cognizant of their ability to pay the monthly bill (preferably in full) on or before the due date. If you already know how to use a credit card responsibly, shift as many of your purchases as possible to your credit card, and don’t use your debit card for anything other than ATM access. If you do, the combination of rewards, buyer protection, and the value of cash-in-hand will put you ahead of those who pay with a debit card, check, or cash.

Тем не менее, оформление частной или гостевой визы является не самым оптимальным способом получения возможности въезда в Россию. Альтернативой может выступить деловая или туристическая виза, так как это быстрее, удобней и дешевле.

В данном случае, большая часть иностранных граждан оформляет туристическую визу. Оформление туристической визы сводит количество возникающих трудностей, которые связаны с бюрократическими моментами для приглашающей стороны (друзья, родственники, которые проживают в РФ) к минимуму.

Выбор частной или туристической визы

Если Вы решили пригласить в РФ родственника или своего друга иностранца, ему следует оформить туристическую или гостевую визу в Российском консульстве, которое находится в его стране.

Перед тем, как посетить консульство с целью оформления визы, иностранцу необходимо точно определить длительность своего пребывания в РФ, при этом запланировав все даты въезда и выезда, а также получить приглашение в Россию.

Получение приглашения в РФ иностранцем

Частное приглашение

Для получения гостевого приглашения, приглашающая сторона должна:

1. Предоставить следующий пакет документов:

• Ксерокопию паспортных данных иностранца.
• Ксерокопию собственных паспортных данных.
• Справку о своих доходах.
• Гарантийное письмо (в котором приглашающая сторона берет на себя обязательство предоставить иностранному гражданину местожительство, а также материальное и в случае необходимости медицинское обеспечение).
• Заявление о выдаче гостевого приглашения.

2. Произвести оплату госпошлины в банке и приложить квитанцию об оплате к собранному пакету документов.

3. Прийти в отделение ФМС и в порядке очереди предоставить заранее собранный пакет документов уполномоченному лицу.

4. Выждать определенный срок, указанный приглашающей стороне при подаче документов (по закону срок оформления гостевого приглашения не может превышать 30 дней). В случае, когда иностранец является гражданином миграционно опасной страны, приглашающая сторона должна в дополнение к предоставленному пакету документов пройти собеседование с уполномоченным лицом ФМС.

5. В указанный день прийти в ФМС и в порядке очереди получить гостевое приглашение на имя иностранца (или же письменно-мотивированный отказ в выдаче такого приглашения).

6. Сделать отправку гостевого приглашения иностранному гражданину через международную курьерскую службу.

Туристическое приглашение

Для получения туристического приглашения, необходимо будет предпринять всего 3 простых шага, а именно:

1. Заполнить онлайн заявку на нашем сайте.

Процесс подачи документов иностранным гражданином в Российское консульство для получения визы

В течение недолгого срока иностранцу будет необходимо повторно явиться в консульство для получения самой визы. В отдельных случаях, консульство вправе отказать в получении визы в Россию.

После получения визы и пересечения границы РФ, иностранцу в обязательном порядке нужно будет встать на миграционный учет в течение 7 рабочих дней.

В зависимости от типа визы, временные и материальные расходы, связанные с приглашениями и регистрацией могут варьироваться. Давайте сравним преимущества и недостатки гостевой и туристической визы.

Частная виза

Для временного проживания иностранного гражданина ставить его на учет должен собственник жилья. Сделать это можно в соответствующем отделении ФМС в приемные часы в порядке очереди.

Для временной регистрации иностранца необходимо:

• Ксерокопия паспорта гражданина другой страны.
• Ксерокопия паспорта владельца жилья.
• Заполненная миграционная карта иностранного гражданина.
• Письменное согласие на регистрацию иностранца от всех владельцев данного жилья.

• Квитанция оплаты государственной пошлины за регистрацию.

Если принимающая сторона (гражданин РФ) поселит у себя иностранца без предварительной регистрации в вышеописанном порядке, сумма штрафа составит от 2500 до 5000 руб.

Validity of a private Russian visa

A Russian visa with a private invitation can be issued to be valid for up to 90 days, but in reality, it is usually made to be valid for the travel dates. Первый полет опытного экземпляра Р.01 состоялся 31 мая 1991г.; второго самолета – в середине 1992г. C самого начала самолет планировался для дальних перелетов на высокой скорости. Компания Pilatus утверждает, что его скорость на 185 км/час больше, чем у самолета Cessna Caravan, а дальность полета больше, чем у модели Beech King Air (обе эти модели являются потенциальными соперниками швейцарского самолета).

Самолет PC-12F – многофункциональная грузовая модель, в связи с чем была выбрана Т-образная конфигурация хвостового оперения. Фюзеляж снабжен большим открывающимся вверх грузовым люком. Объем кабины составляет 9,34 куб.м. В модели РС-12Р может быть установлено до девяти пассажирских кресел. Разрабатывалась военная модель для перевозки десанта и парашютистов. Кабина пилота оборудована системой пилотажных приборов с электронно-лучевой индикацией (EFIS) фирмы Bendix-King с необязательным метеорадиолокатором; вмещает двух человек, но планируется получение сертификата для полетов с одним пилотом. Потенциальный спрос оценивается более чем в 800 самолетов РС-12 (к началу 1993г. было сделано 30 заказов).

Улучшить один из наиболее удачных и универсальных самолетов в истории — дело непростое, но швейцарской компании Pilatus Aircraft это удалось. Новейшая итерация ее одномоторного турбовинтового PC-12, обозначаемая постфиксом NG (Next Generation, т. е. новое поколение), получила сертификат Федеральной авиационной администрации США (FAA) в марте 2008 г. Школьники летели на курорт, а сгорели на кладбище

Одномоторный самолет с пассажирами на борту потерпел катастрофу в США в воскресенье 22 марта около 11 утра местного времени. Как удалось выяснить корреспонденту «Свободной прессы», борт вылетел их калифорнийского города Редландз и направлялся в горы Монтаны на горнолыжный курорт близ Бозмана. Но, как сообщает информационное агентство CNN, неожиданно изменил курс и попытался приземлиться в городе Бьют. Не дотянув пару сотен метров до взлетно-посадочной полосы, он загорелся и упал. По злой иронии судьбы самолет рухнул на территории кладбища расположенного поблизости от аэропорта.

Баки были полными

Одним из первых о катастрофе сообщило агентство CCN, ссылаясь на начальника местной полиции Kирка Тростла, который рассказал:

— На борту находились в основном дети и несколько сопровождавших их взрослых. На пути летчик приземлился для дозаправки в городке Орвилл, где основательно залил баки горючим.

Из разрозненных сообщения можно выстроит следующую последовательность событий. На борту, взлетевшего с полными баками из Орвилля самолета Pilatus PC12 что-то произошло, и пилот принял решение совершить вынужденную посадку на ближайшей посадочной полосе городка Бьюта, но неисправность не позволила этого сделать. Возник пожар и с высоты примерно 150 метров самолет рухнул на землю.

В течение нескольких часов прибывшие пожарные пытались сбить пламя, но тщетно, останки самолета выгорели дотла. Диспетчеры утверждают, что летчик сигнала SOS не передавал, но, по словам одного из представителей комиссии, прибывшей к месту катастрофы, Кристи Дункса, пилот пытался связаться с диспетчерской службой.

Эрик Тейтельман, чиновник из администрации Орвилла, между тем, рассказал:

— Аэропорт в этом городке очень мал и нет никакого контрольно-диспетчерского пункта, лишь — широкая взлетно-посадочная полоса. Система заправки самолетов самообслуживаемая. Вообще — это частая стоянка для одного частного самолета.

Еще Тейтельман рассказал, что, по крайней мере, один человек был в аэропорту в воскресенье, когда самолет приземлился для того, чтобы дозаправиться горючим.

— Владелец ВПП встретил пилота, видел, что дети бегали вокруг самолета, — сказал Тейтельман. — Потом они взлетели…

Очевидцы были бессильны помочь

Несколько человек наблюдали, как самолет падал. Одна из местных жительниц — Maрта Гвидони рассказала, что она с мужем в это время находилась поблизости и одной из первых сфотографировала горящую на земле машину:

— Мы только собрались отъехать от собственного дома, как внезапно увидели падающий самолет. Заметив приблизительное место падения, мы поняли, что самолет упал на кладбище. Мы тут же отправились туда, чтобы попытаться помочь выжившим. Подъехав, мы с мужем выскочили из автомобиля, но поняли, что слишком поздно и вряд ли мы чем-то сможем помочь — самолет горел.

Ее муж, Стив рассказал, что когда он подбежал к месту крушения, увидел, что самолет врезался в основание дерева и был весь в огне:

— Я пытался высмотреть хоть кого-то из оставшихся в живых, кого я мог бы вытащить из огня, — говорит он, — но таких не было — все горело. Земля вокруг была усыпана багажом и обломками самолета.

— К счастью, при падении, самолет никого на земле не задел, — сказал журналистам шериф Бьюта Джон Волш.

А представитель Федерального управления авиации Майк Фергус сообщил, что по предварительным данным погибло 17 человек, а Национальный Совет по Безопасности перевозок направил к месту катастрофы команду следователей.

На пресс-конференции представитель Федеральной авиационной комиссии США Майк Фергюс сделал ряд уточняющих заявлений, сообщает Associated Press:

— Мы связались с членами семей. Точного числа погибших я назвать не могу, — заявил он и добавил: — Мы считаем, что самолет вез детей на горнолыжный курорт.

Он отказался говорить о причинах катастрофы:

— Расследование только началось. Мы практически не владеем какой-либо информацией, — отметил он.

Этой же ночью другая авиакатастрофа произошла в токийском аэропорту Нарита. Грузовой самолет FedEx Corp не попал на полсу и приземлился рядом и загорелся. Оба пилота погибли. Их тела были обнаружены среди обломков.
